Our client is an employee-owned architectural practice that now has an Architectural Technician job available on a fixed term contract of 3 months. This is an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on residential development projects primarily using AutoCAD.

Based across two offices with over twenty members of staff, this employee-owned multidisciplinary practice offers a range of services including Architectural, building surveying and project management.

Due to several new projects, they are seeking currently seeking an Architectural technician, Architectural Designer or Architect to join the team on a fixed term contract.

Role & Responsibilities

– Projects would focus on residential developments on behalf of housing developers
– Work on the production of technical drawing packages using AutoCAD
-Working directly with clients and the larger design team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of practice experience
• Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
• Current knowledge of UK regulations
• Experience in UK UK-based residential is essential
• Please note that this is an office-based role from the office in Kent .

What you get back

• Salary of up to 42,000 depending on experience
• Flexible working round core hours 10.00 – 4.00pm
