What You’ll Learn and Do:

• Develop expertise in planned and void works management
• Master compliance requirements and statutory regulations
• Gain hands-on experience with the Physical Adaptation Grant (PAG) works
• Learn asset management strategy implementation
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and technical measurements
• Build contractor relationships and procurement skills
• Support maintenance operations and collaborate with housing teams
