A highly respected Construction Consultancy are actively seeking a committed Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their team in Newcastle.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager’s Role

As Assistant Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with both ongoing and forthcoming projects across various construction sectors, with a primary focus on the Hotel and Leisure industries.

This dynamic position will require you to travel extensively throughout the United Kingdom to various project sites. Your key responsibilities will include providing support to Senior Project Managers, coordinating and participating in client meetings, preparing essential tender documents, and carrying out a wide range of project management tasks.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

• 1 to 2 years of previous Project Management experience within a Construction Consultancy.
• Willing and capable of traveling to project sites throughout the UK.
• Possess an RICS accredited degree, preferably in Project Management or a related construction field.
• Comfortable with client interactions, articulate, and business-savvy.
• Preferably, have prior experience working on Hotel or Leisure projects.
