A forward-thinking and highly regarded Property Consultancy is actively seeking a motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to become part of their skilled team in Sheffield.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

The Assistant Construction Project Manager holds the responsibility of overseeing projects right from their initial planning phases through to successful completion, consistently leading project teams towards achieving exceptional outcomes that surpass client expectations.

In this role, the Assistant Construction Project Manager will engage in a diverse array of projects spanning sectors like Residential, Commercial, Sports, and Commercial Life Sciences, presenting a wide spectrum of experiences and challenges.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

• BSc/MSc Degree in Project Management or equivalent
• Proficient understanding of common building contracts, including JCT and NEC forms.
• In the process of completing, or intent on achieving RICS, CIOB, or APM accreditation
• A background of working on projects in the built environment (ideally Residential or Commercial)
• Able to handle most RIBA stages
• Team player and confident to work individually
