Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: 30,000 – 43,000 + Car / Car Allowance, Bonus + Package

Location: Berkshire

My client, a leading, family run housebuilder are searching for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Berkshire. This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic team assisting with procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of the business unit helping the continuous growth and progression.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing both internal and external relationships
• Working with multiple stakeholders
• Making sure guidance, structure and systems are in place to ensure a smooth and efficient tendering process
• Monitor and report costs
• Commercial Management
• Scheduling and quantifying materials and labour

Experience and skills

• Will ideally have experience with housebuilding
• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health and Safety requirements.
• Industry related business qualification.
• Manage internal and external clients.
• IT literate (COINS system would be preferred).
