An established full-service construction consultancy offering project management, quantity surveying, building surveying and CDM services. With over 40 years experience they work closely with clients to establish their needs in a variety of sectors including hotel, leisure, recreation, residential, insurance, education, health and transportation.

Your new role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will work as part of a team delivering a number of prestigious projects across London and the Home Counties. With the variety of work on offer, this is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to further develop their skills and progress their career as they focus on long-term prosperity and career development for staff.

What you’ll need to succeed

BSc qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Have a QS background and experience with a construction consultancy. Experience with JCT contracts. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel. Looking to work in a smaller company environment and enjoy the opportunities arising from such a position.

What you’ll get in return
Salary £30,000 – £40,000 APC Support Pension 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
