We’re working with a well-established, design-focused consultancy that’s growing its Building Surveying team in Cardiff. If you’re MRICS or working towards Chartership and looking for a role where you’ll be part of a company that truly puts its people first, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

You’ll be involved in a variety of professional and project-led services across multiple sectors, such as:

• Healthcare

• Commercial – Hotels, Office & Workplace, Retail & Leisure

• Infrastructure

• Living – Later Living, Residential, Student Living

• Education – Schools, Colleges, Universities

• Technology & Innovation

From conducting condition and defect surveys to managing refurbishment projects up to 2m under JCT and NEC contracts, you’ll get a mix of responsibilities. The role offers plenty of autonomy, but you’ll also be part of a collaborative, friendly team that values supporting each other.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally 2-3 years’ post-degree experience

• Chartered (MRICS) or working towards Chartership

• Strong project and client-facing experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

• Ambitious and willing to learn

What’s on Offer

• Salary from 40,000 to 55,000 (depending on experience and Chartership)

• Hybrid working with core hours (10am-3pm)
