Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join our client based in North Surrey. If this sounds like the position for you, please read on below.

Our Client: Specialist consultancy offering building and design consultancy services.

Projects: Education, Local Authority, Housing, Healthcare, Ecclesiastical, Insurance and Commercial

Company Headcount: 15 – 20

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

* Hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree

* Experience of undertaking contract admin, party wall awards, building surveys and specification writing

* Hold a full UK driver’s license
