A respected property and construction consultancy are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office and contribute to an exciting variety of projects across multiple sectors.

The Building Surveyors’ role

The successful Building Surveyor will work on a diverse range of projects, providing a full suite of professional and project-based Building Surveying services. Responsibilities include defect analysis, condition surveys, contract administration, and design and specification.

You will also play a pivotal role in projects across the commercial, residential, and education sectors, with values reaching up to 10 million. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team while gaining exposure to high-profile clients.

The Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualification or close to achieving it
• Strong experience in both project and professional Building Surveying services
• Expertise in JCT contracts and contract administration
• A proactive approach to client management and business development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
