I am looking for a Building Surveyor to work for a housing association in the Worcestershire area. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the repairs contracts; in regards to day to day repairs and damp & mould.

The Building Surveyor is required to start immediately for a minimum 3 month contract.

Duties of the Building Surveyor:

• General day-to-day maintenance.
• Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys
• Scheduling day to day repairs.
• Carrying out pre-inspections and writing reports

Building Surveyor essentials:

• Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
• Experience within social housing.
• Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys.
