Seeking a Building Surveyor to join the University of Winchester

Our in-house estates and projects team are responsible for providing an effective estate management service including capital projects, backlog maintenance, improving facilities and portfolio performance monitoring. Due to an on-going pipeline of work and growth, we are now looking to appoint an additional Building Surveyor to join the team.
Your new role
As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting on a range of technical condition surveying services, estate future planning of backlog maintenance and capital projects. These will typically include assessing the condition of buildings, programme scheduling, planned maintenance, refurbishments, minor improvements, and external works. Occasionally, and as you develop professionally, you will be required to provide support on larger capital schemes and projects.
