The Building Surveyors’ role

In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will provide a full suite of professional services, including building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis.

You will also manage projects from inception to completion, offering technical advice and ensuring seamless delivery for clients across sectors such as commercial, residential, and industrial.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile projects, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

Your role will also involve fostering client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and success of the Manchester office, making this a truly exciting opportunity for an ambitious Building Surveyor looking to take on further responsibility.

The Building Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards
• Strong experience in professional building surveying services and project management
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Organised and proactive with strong communication abilities
