We are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to oversee planned refurbishment works on a permanent basis.

-Management of contractors undertaking the works

-Performance monitoring

-Checking of H&S on site

-Quality checking of works

-Ensuring that works are delivered to agreed budgets

Candidates should be an experienced surveyor with experience of managing contractors. Candidates must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
