Project Manager – Capital Delivery (Essex) Temporary Full Time
£450 per day (Umbrella)
12-month contract
On site minimum 3 days per week

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to support a large scale capital investment programme within a public sector housing environment. This role is key to delivering a significant programme of refurbishment works to occupied residential properties, part of one of the organisation’s largest capital investment initiatives to date.
Role Overview The successful candidate will manage multiple capital projects, primarily focusing on building envelope works to low rise residential blocks. All schemes have already been tendered and packaged, with works scheduled to commence on site early next year. You will work closely with contractors, internal stakeholders and specialist teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. A dedicated commercial team will provide cost and contract support, allowing you to focus on project delivery. Contractors are competitively tendered and operate outside of partnering arrangements.

Disrepair Surveyor – East London (Local Authority) We are seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to support the delivery of a high quality, resident focused disrepair service across a large residential housing portfolio. The role will focus on assessing, managing and resolving disrepair and reactive maintenance issues while working closely with repair partners, contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure all works are delivered to compliance standards, specifications, programmes and budgets.
