This company are a highly motivated team of Building Surveyors, Architects and Technicians covering the London area, with the role requiring you to take ownership of key projects, operating independently and as part of a team. Salary: 40,000 – 60,000

Position: Permanent position

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00

Experience: 3 Years Building Surveying

Information on the role

• Contract administration
• Building surveys and reports
• Schedule and plan preventative maintenance programmes
• Advise on appointing contractors, designers, and procurement routes
• Preparing scheme designs, specifications, and schedules of dilapidations
• Advise on conservation of historic buildings
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to

The Ideal Candidate

• MRICS
• 3 Years Building Surveyor expereince
• Contract Adiminstration Experience
• Knowledge of CDM2015
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD desirable but not essential
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of health and safety and building regulations
• Cost management skills
• Friendly and approachable
• Full Driving License
