RIBA Chartered Practice Lead the new office! Manage your own teamChartered Architectural Technologist Rochdale £40k – £50k Konker is recruiting for a Chartered Architectural Technologist to join an architectural and surveying practice based in Rochdale.Due to a recent buyout, this RIBA practice of 18 is seeking an experienced Technologist who will be responsible for running and managing the Rochdale office.In the Rochdale office, there is a range of Junior staff whom you will provide mentorship too. This will be alongside the MD of the company who will also assist.On a day-day basis, you will be running the Rochdale office, managing the design and construction of projects along with overseeing workload distribution too.This practice of 18 works on a mixture of projects from small-scale residential up to large commercial and residential projects. They provide a range of services including architectural, project management and building surveying.The Position: Chartered Architectural Technologist Supervise/mentor junior staff Run & manage your own projects Distribute workload within the office Work closely with the MD of the company Oversee the design and construction of projects within the Rochdale office Lead with your attitude and personalitySalary is between £40K & £50K depending on previous experience and ability.
