50,000 – 60,000 + car allowance & benefits

We are currently looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor for the practice nr Lewes in East Sussex.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will be responsible for the delivery of various projects as well as providing Professional Services to new and existing clients.

We are looking for a forward thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management (ideally both Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent) and a track record of delivering a range of Professional Services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall etc Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.

Someone with a positive attitude to work and keenness for personal development as part of a successful growing practice.

With good attention to detail and desire to go above and beyond where required is also essential.
