Your Role

You will have experience across a broad range of projects and professional instructions across the commercial sector, including:

• Contract Administration, Project Management, Surveys
• Dilapidations, Technical due diligence, Planned maintenance programmes
• Party Walls, Project Monitoring, RCA
• Licenses for Alterations

What You’ll Need

• MRICS (newly chartered or experienced)
• Broad consultancy experience preferred
• Strong communication & collaborative mindset
