Job Description:

This successful independent Consultancy are looking to expand their Project Management team to meet the demands of their consistent workload.

Working closely with Clients and internal / external design teams and Contractors you will be involved in delivering the full range of Project Management duties on a range of projects in the Retail sector.

Successful Candidates will be joining a wider technical team made up of Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Building Services Engineers providing a one stop shop service to an impressive developing Client base.

Person Specification:

Applicants for this role will have a strong technical Construction Consultancy background, ideally working on projects within the retail sector be it food, non food, high street, white goods and will have a proven track record in successfully delivering Construction Consultancy Project Management services.

This dynamic Consultancy is looking to attract real Team Players who take a ‘hands-on’ approach to delivering their project work.

A positive attitude and the self motivation and confidence to take responsibility and build strong Client relationships are traits which will come natural to you.
