A leading multi-disciplinary property Consultancy in Bristol is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with experience in the construction industry.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a professional Project Manager with a cognate degree and a commitment to achieving MRICS status, to contribute to varied projects across commercial, residential, retail, luxury residential, and education sectors.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, varying in size and value.

This Project Manager role involves:

• Overseeing projects across sectors including residential, student housing, healthcare, commercial, hotel, retail, and infrastructure.
• Handling new builds as well as listed building projects, adeptly managing urban regeneration developments.
• Ensuring successful project completion through effective management and coordination.
• Collaborating with highly skilled teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

The Construction Project Manager

• 3-5 years of post-graduate experience with a cognate degree (essential).
• Experience in the student/residential sectors (preferred).
• Ambition to become MRICS-certified in short order (essential).
• Previous experience in a reputable consultancy (essential).
