A fresh-minded Construction Consultancy are on the lookout for a proactive and passionate Construction Project Manager to join them in their Bournemouth based office.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for a wide variety of mid-to-large scale projects across the Education, Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors.

The successful Construction Project Manager will handle tasks like planning, budgeting, buying materials, checking the construction site, ensuring safety, working with others, solving problems, and keeping a close eye on the project’s progress. These tasks are crucial for finishing projects successfully and on time.

The Construction Project Manager

• MRICS, CIOB or APM qualified, alternatively actively working towards
• BSc/MSc degree required
• Construction consultancy experience is essential
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Wide experience across an array of projects within the build sector
