The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager’s role entails autonomous management of projects, primarily within the Healthcare Sector, but also involving opportunities in the Education, Commercial, and Residential sectors. These projects typically fall within the £20-30 million range, although some may reach as high as £125 million in value.
In this position, the accomplished Construction Project Manager will assume responsibility for overseeing the entire project lifecycle. They will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing that projects are executed with precision, delivered on time, and within the allocated budget.
The Construction Project Manager
Ideally MRICS/CIOB/APM Qualified (or working towards)
Experience working within a construction consultancy
Extensive experience in healthcare projects within the public sector.
Comprehensive understanding of construction regulations, codes, and industry standards
