An established Construction Consultancy are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager who is goal-oriented and confident to join their office located in London.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will have a crucial role overseeing a diverse range of complex projects spanning commercial, residential, healthcare, education, heritage, industrial sectors.

A successful Construction Project Manager will play an integral role within our extensive Project Management team, actively engaging in the day-to-day project execution process to consistently uphold the highest standards for our diverse clientele. Their duties will encompass contract administration, the creation and application of project-related documents and procedures, and a dedicated commitment to not only meeting but surpassing client expectations.

The Construction Project Manager

• Accredited by RICS, APM, or CIOB, or actively progressing towards accreditation.
• BSc/MSc degree in Project Management or equivalent
• Possess extensive experience in a wide array of construction sectors.
• Experience working within a Construction/Property Consultancy
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
