A forward-thinking Construction Consultancy are looking for a proactive Construction Project Manager to join their team based in Leeds.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will hold the following responsibilities, which include collaborating closely with corporate occupiers to meet their specific project needs and expectations, as well as manage a diverse portfolio of challenging projects, including those in the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
The successful Construction Project Manager’s day-to-day responsibilities will involve project planning and scheduling, budget management, procurement of materials and subcontractors, site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with various stakeholders, resolving issues that arise during construction, and ensuring that the project stays on track for timely and successful completion.
The Construction Project Manager
Accreditation such as MRICS, CIOB, or APM, or working towards these certifications.
Construction Consultancy experience
Profound expertise across various construction sectors & projects.
Proficiency in managing projects of varying complexity.
