A forward-thinking, vibrant Construction Consultancy are looking for a proactive Construction Project Manager to welcome into their Nottingham team.
TheConstruction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will work on a range of projects, but predominantly within the Heritage sector becoming an integral part of the Cultural Services team.
The successful Construction Project Manager will lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all timelines, budgets and standards are hit at highest quality, as well as help to drive continuous improvement initiatives and bringing on new clientele.
The Construction Project Manager
Degree in Project Management or related construction field
Preferably a minimum of 2 years post qualifying working within a construction consultancy
Professional certifications (RICS, CIOB, APM) would be an advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage a varied, busy caseload.
