A dedicated, independent Construction Consultancy are actively seeking a commercially-oriented and self-assured Construction Project Manager to join their Southampton team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The accomplished Construction Project Manager will take charge of a broad spectrum of tasks, concentrating on premium development projects that span the realms of Commercial Offices, Retail, and Industrial sectors, typically encompassing projects with valuations up to £40 million.

The Construction Project Manager oversees project planning, budget management, contractor selection, and quality control, acting as a bridge between clients, architects, and contractors. Their expertise is vital for delivering successful, high-quality construction solutions.

The Construction Project Manager

• Batchelors or Masters in Project Management or Building Surveying
• Ideally MRICS or MAPM accredited
• Consultancy experience 2 years PQE
• Full driving license
• Team player and ability to work effectively individually
• Sufficient experience working on Commercial Projects
