A multi-disciplinary, award-winning Construction Consultancy are looking for a Construction Project Manager to advance within their widely respected organisation in Oxford.

The Construction Project Manger’s Role

The successful Construction Project Manager will be working across an array of commercial, retail and residential property and construction schemes valuing between £1m and £500m.

The Construction Project Manager’s daily duties will involve overseeing the project from beginning to end. Carrying out on-site front-end due diligence work, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the construction process to help build and grow the Oxford Office’s Project Management team.

The Project Manager Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction related Degree
• Experience working within Property Sector (Desirable)
• MRICS/MICOB/APMP/PRINCE2 (Desirable)
• Previous experience working within a Construction Consultancy
