The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of projects across commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. This role involves project planning, delivering high-quality service, conducting site visits, providing design recommendations, managing budgets, overseeing contracts, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects across various sectors.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in all project phases.
• Conduct site visits and provide design recommendations.
• Manage project budgets and oversee contract administration.
• Foster strong relationships with both existing clients and new prospects.

The Construction Project Manager

• Proven track record in Project Management roles within a Construction Consultancy.
• Accredited membership with professional bodies such as APM, RICS, or CIOB is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing Commercial and/or Residential projects.
• Ability to commute to and from site locations.
• Strong client-facing ability and commercial awareness.
