A respected Construction Consultancy are actively seeking a dedicated and efficient Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Amersham.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for revitalizing and enhancing office and mixed-use buildings in Central London and its environs.

The Construction Project Manager Role

Joining a team known for its expertise, the Construction Project Manager will focus primarily on projects within the Commercial sector.

The role involves:

• Collaborating with experienced directors and team members in a cooperative environment that benefits both landlords and tenants.
• Managing projects typically ranging from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet.
• Partnering with esteemed clients, including investors, developers, and occupiers, to deliver high-quality commercial projects.

The Construction Project Manager

• Holds FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS qualifications, or is working towards them.
• Has a Project Management degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction consultancy post-qualification.
• Demonstrates extensive experience in producing and managing construction contracts.
• Maintains a valid and clean driver’s license.
