The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of complex projects spanning various sectors, including mixed-use, science, education, healthcare, heritage, and hotels.

The successful Construction Project Manager’s daily tasks include project planning, budget management, procurement, site inspections, safety compliance, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and project tracking to ensure successful, timely completion.

The Construction Project Manager

• MRICS, CIOB, or APM, or working towards these certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Construction Consultancy
• Strong background in the education or healthcare sector
• Proven experience handling complex construction projects
• Hard-working and fun
