The role:

Are you an experienced Building Surveyor with expertise around Damp and Mould?

A role is available for a Local Council based in North London:

We are looking for:

• The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.
• A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).
• Organised and proactive – able to manage their own calendar and caseload.
• Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.
• A good understanding of building pathology, damp, mould and condensation.
