Salary: 45,800 – 53,000 plus 1,300 Essential Car Allowance

Contract Type: Full time 35 hour

Description:

To deliver a high-quality surveying service providing customer centred, professional building surveying activities across the companies property portfolio, specifically to Manage and resolve disrepair cases.

Duties:

• To carry out surveys, defects inspections relating to property disrepair or compliance with legislation.
• To provide cost details and value for money evaluations and to inspect for quality and customer satisfaction.
• To provide detailed survey reports for submission to external solicitors.
• Management of disrepair budgets
• Manage risks associated with the role, specifically around budget utilisation of fragmented projects, ensuring consistent approach and quality of service

Requirements

• Experience of monitoring financial budgets including project budgetary control
• HNC in Building Services/Surveying
• Experience in managing contactors and consultants
• Full UK driving licence
