About the Role:
Work on reactive and planned maintenance projects, conducting surveys and identifying defects.
Provide recommendations for repair and improvement, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on technical projects.
Gain exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy work, supporting various teams across the council.

Requirements:
UK Resident
Previous social housing sector experience
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong technical knowledge and a desire to develop your skills in building surveying.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and project management software (preferred).
