Our client is a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with 6 offices across the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team based in Central London.

The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base.

Role/Responsibilities

– Contract administration.
– Various types of Building Surveys.
– Building Pathology.
– General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role.

Skills/Experience

– Degree in Building Surveying
– Good and accurate report writing skills
– 1-2 year’s experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment.
– Some previous experience gained as a Graduate Building Surveyor
