The Role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you’ll work alongside experienced surveyors, supporting the delivery of a wide variety of professional and project-based surveying services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with building surveys and inspections
• Preparing reports and technical documentation
• Supporting project management on refurbishment and maintenance schemes
• Carrying out defect diagnosis and condition surveys
• Assisting with contract administration duties
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Developing your knowledge of building regulations and construction best practice
• Working towards chartership with full APC support
