Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To carry out surveys at domestic properties both for private and social housing.
To complete surveys to company specifications including some drawings and heat loss calculations.
To explain, in detail, to tenants how, when and what work will be carried out.
To complete comprehensive instructions for installation engineers.
To send surveys electronically to head office on a daily basis.
To ensure all Health & Safety standards set by the company and other relevant bodies are adhered to at all times and that all work is carried out within current statutory regulations.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Current ACS qualifications.
Good knowledge of heating systems.
Knowledge of relevant building regulations.
Current UKATA online asbestos awareness certificate.
Driving Licence Check.
DBS.
