Interim Building Surveyor – West Sussex – 6 months – £40 p/h

My Local Authority Client based in West Sussex is currently looking for an Interim Building Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.

They are looking for a Planned Works Surveyor who is available to start a new role in Mid February. This role is paying 40 p/h.

Your responsibilities will be focused on assisting the Planned Works team for their projects on their social housing stock.

• Prepare specifications and contract documents for projects
• Manage the contractors and stakeholders through the process
• Work autonomously, completing surveys unsupervised
• Using your experience working on Kitchen’s and Bathrooms to move the project forward
