My Local Authority Client based in Surrey is currently looking for an Interim Senior Building Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract.

They are looking for a Surveyor who is available to start a new role in the next few weeks. This role is paying around 40 p/h.

Your responsibilities will be focused on Legal Disrepair claims for the council.

• Producing reports that can/will be relied upon during court
• Work alongside the lawyers, paralegals and investigators
• Work autonomously, completing tasks unsupervised
