Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor

You will be required to work from home, occasional office visit, but more often than not be travelling around sites supporting the Director on their smaller and bespoke works.

They have anywhere between 5 to 10 schemes running at any one time.

Some of the responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:

– Preparation of accurate cashflow and cost value reconciliation reports

– Procuring Sub-contractors to meet budget requirements

– Maintaining and building relationships with clients

– Produce monthly variations

About You

Due to the location of the role being predominantly site based, you must have access to your own transport. Ideally you will have a BSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying or 1+ years experience. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Surveying and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper!).
