M&E Quantity Surveyor – (Outside IR35)

An opportunity has come available for an (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to support a leading principal contractor to delivery a large M&E installation project based in Berkshire.

This requirement will require a hands on QS to work closely with the delivery team to ensure the project is completed within the timescales and budget. This is a 6 month rolling contract that has the potential to run for 24 months for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&E cost plans, budgets.
• Work closely with project engineering and delivery team to ensure commercial control.
• Support with tendering, procurement, and change management processes.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an M&E QS or Building Services QS.
• Experience in Building services, Industrial, or commercial projects.
• Strong contract knowledge (NEC)

Shift pattern: Mon-Fri
