Party Wall Surveyor – £35,000 to £40,000 per annum- Bracknell/ Hybrid-working

The Role

Do you possess experience or interest in the field of party wall surveying? Are you an organised and self-motivated individual with a flair for communication and IT? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you!

We are seeking a dedicated Party Wall Surveyor to join our team. This role involves a mix of securing new projects, managing the party wall process end-to-end, and handling boundary issues. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring projects run smoothly, adhering to the highest standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure new projects and manage existing ones efficiently.
Oversee the party wall process from start to finish.
Address and resolve boundary issues.
Adapt boundary plans using CAD and other design tools.
Conduct measured surveys as required.

The Person

Excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills.
Can manage your workload independently.
Hold a current, clean UK driving licence and willing to travel across London and the Home Counties.
Experience as a Party Wall Surveyor (beneficial not mandatory).
Hold professional qualifications with RICS and membership of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (advantageous).
