Exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join one of London s most respected construction and fit-out specialists.
We re seeking a driven and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to take on a No.2 role on a high-profile project in West London. This is a fantastic chance to work with a growing contractor renowned for delivering complex schemes across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

What You ll Be Doing (The Role)

• Supporting the lead Quantity Surveyor on a major scheme in West London.
• Managing subcontractor procurement, contracts, and payments.
• Preparing valuations, cost reports, and forecasting project expenditure.
• Assisting with change management and ensuring variations are recorded and agreed.
• Monitoring budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor, Assistant QS, or Commercial QS within construction, fit-out, or refurbishment.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a site-based commercial team.
• Motivated, detail-focused, and commercially minded.
• Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
