Project Surveyor – FRA remedials

Elevate projects are working in partnership without client, a reputable local housing provider, to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to deliver a programme of Fire safety remedial works.

Duties:

• To identify remedial works from the FRA report
• Specify works required and manage the appointed contractor / teams to completion.
• Ensure compliance and reporting on delivery.
• Be responsible and accountable for all aspects of the project from end-to-end to the satisfaction of the tenants
• Ensure works are completed within agreed timescales, budgetary requirements
