Key Responsibilities:

3. Lease Administration: Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
4. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control for assigned properties, maximizing financial performance.
5. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of property management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
6. Risk Mitigation: Implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and mitigating potential issues.
7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, providing insights to clients and making recommendations for optimizing property performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in property management at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of lease administration and financial management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
