Full Time – 36.5 hours per week

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Property Manager to lead our team in overseeing responsive repairs and a planned investment program, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee responsive repairs and planned investment programs
• Manage financial and performance aspects of the property management team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Drive cost-effective and customer-focused services
• Participate in the emergency call-out rota and manage Grand Union’s out of hours emergency service.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in building services/building-related environment
• Practical experience in maintaining a large housing stock
• Strong understanding of staff and resource management
• Experience in contract management (Nat Fed 6.1)
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations and conversations
• Proficient in writing and presenting reports
• Excellent time management and flexibility
• Full clean driving license is essential
