Type: Cut & Carve Refurb Grade II Listed Office-Based

An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to support the commercial delivery of a cut and carve refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Marylebone.

You ll be responsible for subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and managing variations on a complex heritage scheme, working closely with an experienced commercial team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 4 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role

• Background in refurbishment or heritage projects preferred

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

• Strong communication and organisational skills

This is a permanent position offering hands-on exposure to technically challenging projects and clear long-term progression within an established commercial team.
