Our client is a progressive building restoration and heritage contractor operating throughout London & South East across the commercial and prime residential sectors with an exciting portfolio of iconic landmark buildings and private residences.
Due to continued organic growth, our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a background in building restoration / heritage to compliment and support the commercial team on newley secured projects for 2026.
Duties for the Heritage & Bulding Restoration Quantity Surveyor:
Reviewing and appointing subcontract packages issued by clients at the beginning of a project and subsequently managing through to final account.
Preparing monthly applications/valuations and agree certification with clients as part of the monthly payment cycle, including tracking material and labour costs throughout the project on a weekly basis.
Producing accurate cash flow submissions each month based on predicted incoming and outgoing payments for each project you are involved with, including a planned vs actual forecast tracker.
Preparing accurate monthly internal cost reports/CVRs for each project to track their profitability.
Extension of time submissions to recover preliminary staff and labour costs due to delays where are out of our control as and when required.
Requirements for the Heritage & Bulding Restoration Quantity Surveyor:
Quantity Surveying experience (main contracting or specialist sectors)
