A fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a global leader in Faciltiies Management! This vacancy comes on the back of a successful few years within the division and huge plans for 2024 and beyond.

The role is covering 3 new client sites based in Manchester, Cardiff and Reading and will be a working from home role with the expectancy to manage your own diary to meet the client needs.

My client gives great opportunities for progression within the divison and the company as a whole.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in client facing situations, experience in commercial building refurbishments and fit outs, and someone who will bring an energy to the team to keep pushing the business unit to the next level.

The projects will be fast paced with many projects happening at once, some values will be small but high volume, some projects will be up to the value of up to 4 million.

The contracts are bespoke but aligned with JCT contracts, experience in JCT contracts is desirable.

Salary for the position is up to 80k and would also have a company car or car allowance included in the package.
