QUANTITY SURVEYORS of MANCHESTER

I’m currently recruiting for a leading construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. They’re known for their work on exciting projects like student accommodation and blue-light buildings.

They’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing commercial and contractual advice throughout the construction lifecycle of a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost plans and tender documents
• Negotiating contracts with subcontractors
• Managing the financial performance of projects
• Ensuring that all contractual obligations are met
• Providing commercial advice to the project team

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience of using construction software packages
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Benefits:

They offer a base salary ranging between 55,000 – 65,000pa plus full benefits package, including:
