Quantity Surveyor – Saxton Recruitment is partnering with a privately-owned contractor based in Nottinghamshire to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of projects ranging from 250k – 5m.

Key Duties: – Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages – Managing project variations and valuations – Organising payments and compiling CVRs – Produce accurate records and reports
Requirements: – Experience working with a construction contractor – Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor – Experience working on ‘live’ projects – Industry related qualification
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from 1m+.
